An Interface Study by for example, a TSP for subsea/well installation, commissioning, workover, maintenance and repair - would typically list the equipment/tools (primary, backup, rental) that would be required; where they were coming from; where they would be placed on a vessel deck (e.g. an IMR vessel); what services would be required from the vessel (electrical or hydraulic power, water, air, etc); time schedule; planning, analysis or engineering work required; interface matrix table(s) showing the split of responsibilities between the contractor, the vessel, the rig, or other parties as appropriate.
